What is the typical ticket size for investments in startups?

Our investments range from ₹50 lakhs to ₹5 crores per startup, depending on factors like the company’s stage, industry, growth potential, and funding requirements.

What stages of startups does the fund invest in?

We focus on startups in the Seed stage to Pre-Series A stage. These stages are typically when companies have a minimum viable product (MVP), initial traction, and are ready to scale.

Is the fund sector-specific?

No, the fund is sector-agnostic, meaning we invest across various industries, including but not limited to technology, healthcare, consumer products, fintech, SaaS, and more. Our priority is to back startups with high growth potential regardless of sector.

What criteria does the fund use to evaluate startups?

We look for:

  • Founding team strength and their experience.
  • Market opportunity and problem-solution fit.
  • Traction and validation of product/service.
  • Scalability and growth potential.

Does the fund provide strategic support beyond capital?

Yes! We believe in active engagement with our portfolio companies. This includes:

  • Mentorship from our team of experts with extensive experience in scaling businesses.
  • Access to networks, including other investors, industry experts, and potential customers.
  • Operational support in areas such as finance, product development, marketing, and fundraising strategy.
How long does the funding process typically take?

The process typically takes 1.5 – 2 months, beginning from the date when agreement to raise funds is signed with the startup. This includes screening, investment committee review, due diligence, and final negotiations.
